Online Art Return Policy
1. Return Period: Customers have the right to return artwork within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Product Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and unaltered. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via [email] or [phone] to receive a return authorization form and follow the instructions provided.
4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective product.
